We would just like to say a big “Thank you” to you and your workmates at Peter Diver Plumbing and Drainage Ltd for the great work on repairing a damaged drain on our property.

While I can appreciate that you encountered some challenging on the site problems, it was both reassuring and pleasing to know that you and your team thought outside the square, using initiative to overcome any obstacles.

It was also very considerate that you and your team carried out your work in a safe and tidy manner, creating minimal disruption to our family.

From a customer perspective I appreciated being kept informed of progress on what was happening and involved in the options that were being made. It was also great to be able to leave the work to the experts who had the customer at heart in keeping costs to a minimum while producing a quality result.

We were also very pleased with the fantastic job that was done to clean up and leave things as close as possible to the original state.

All in all we were very impressed with the professionalism and the high standard of work that was produced. We were extremely happy with the result.

Reference; Ashi Restaurant, Riccarton Road

Dear Sir,

Last Saturday night, 29 January, Rockgas called on your services after a problem with the sewer outlet at Ashi Restaurant, Riccarton Road.

Rockgas had drilled under the restaurant's car park, possibly damaging the sewer pipe.

The staff member from Peter Diver Ltd, Blair, arrived promptly, got things under way, and though a tricky job finding the blockage, worked continually until the job was done.

On behalf of Phil Dodds, Rockgas Engineer, and myself, we'd like to say a big thank you in the way in which the problem was fixed. Your contractor was professional, straight thinking and a hard worker. He is a credit to your company.
